CHARACTER TOS: 

• any OC/adopts that are sold by me (cloversandcinders) can be resold/traded to other members in the TH community or offline members of the community. (IG for example or DA.) 
• I have the right to refuse sales to anyone that might be "problematic" or dangerous to me or others. If you try to sell a character or adopt that was made by me to these type of individuals, I have the right to blacklist you too. (e.g PERSON A (problematic/makes me uncomfortable) sells to PERSON B. This is OK since person B didn't do anything to me or others. But... Person B sells to Person C (Person C is "problematic"), and Person B gets blacklisted due to selling to Person C.)
• any designs that are given for free can be sold off and/or traded off IF they have additional work and/or physical items that can add worth to the OC!
  
• DNI IF YOU ARE/OK WITH:  shota/lolicon/fetishized works of minors, racism, pedo sh*t, aging up characters, feral NSFW, lgbtq+phobic, conservative "values" /extreme views and if you are a minor... (I'm OK w/16+ members)
