Edgar Blanchet

Strict and responsible tax inspector. He sometimes visits Atroceville to monitor Julian's work and scold him for his misdeeds. Julian is afraid of him, so when the time comes for Edgar's arrival, he tries to avoid him. No one in Atroceville remembers his name and even Julian refers to him as Mr Pink Inspector. In Edgar's presence, he simply calls him Sir so that he does not realize that he has forgotten his name.
