Joule is a massive help at The Facility. It is a sapient, free-thinking computer, for all intents and purposes, and its main purpose is the store, recall, and analyze information about the subjects contained within The Facility. It is dependable, reliable, and efficient, and is very easy to hold a conversation with even when it transfers information from its own mainframe to a larger database storage using its tail.
With his sleek and adaptable interface, Joule enjoys using his face screen for entertainment and communcaion with the other researchers to lighten the mood when something seems low or dire. He understands the upset of those who die on the field- its a dangerous job after all- but being a computer with thoughts and feelings has made him desire to keep spirits and morale up so everyone can do their job to the best of their abilities. So his screen can be used for emojis, memes, videos, memories, you name it, and he can also change the colors of his stripes and fans at will. Joule is your guy and is happy to be of service, within the job and outside of it.
