Talia "Rain" Vasiliev is a young woman who was born in the city of Raithel. She is the older sister of Neil Vasiliev. She ran away from home with Neil when she was 21, and has been on the run ever since. Her goal is to figure out a way to get her and her brother away from the family that is searching for them, as well as away from the law that are chasing them down, and get them somewhere safe and free. Talia is very quiet and comes off rather cold, but she is incredibly kind and patient with the people she loves. She isn't good at making friends but cherishes the ones she has, doing everything to protect them.

Talia is a Scorpio, and her favorite color is Blue. She has many scars that range from self inflicted, to stab wounds, to the rare few gunshot wounds. Her most noticable is over her eye, which looks to have been removed. Talia has C-PTSD, major depression, and autism. She has dealt with consistent dissociation since she was a teenager.
