ART & ADOPTS T.O.S

(Basic DNI criteria is on my account front page)

• Backing out of a hold 3 times without reason will get you blacklisted from buying from me. Same goes for commissioned work
• If my terms are gone against, I have every right to reclaim my designs , back out of artwork transactions, etc.
• Do not claim my work (Design/Art) as your own
• You can ask for as many tweaks to owed work (Art + Customs) as you'd like, but allowance of major changes during the finalizing stages may vary
• Do not take heavy inspo from my Designs please.

Adopt/Custom Designs

• Do not private my design without informing me and giving me an access key or authorization
• Do not delete my designs page, if you nolonger want it and fail to rehome it, just send it back to me.
• Do not Co-Own my designs, it makes me uncomfortable , so Dont Ask. Its not allowed, the answers No.
• Do not Rehome my adopts/customs, establish trades, etc within 1 Month of owning the design MINIMUM.
• If rehomed, DO NOT sell for more than its base worth without adding extra art (Aka adding the worth of the art itself)
• If a custom is done via a Trade with Money Add on, it is only worth what usd is added, NOT my customs commission price
• Do not rehome to someone Off-Site
• Trading for a design of different value DOES NOT change the value of the design made by me
• Do not use the design for problematic content such as: Anti-LGBTQIA+ Content, Political content, Racism, Hatespeech, Pedophilia, Zoophilia, Incest, Ablism, or Romanticized/Fetishized content of Mental illness, Disabilities, or Abuse.
• NSFW is fine as long as you are 18+ , nor rehome the design to a Minor
• Making things like family members is okay as long as they do not appear as blatant copies of the obtained design (feel free to approach me for help if needed to check)

Gift Designs

• If you NOLONGER WANT a Gifted OC/Design, PLEASE return it to me. Do Not rehome (sell/trade) it to anyone else. I dont care how much art/worth is added.
• If the design is made By Me, all Adopt T.o.S above apply
• If the design is made By me, all Redesign/Alt T.o.S below apply

Redesign / Alt.Design T.O.S

• You may change the species of the adopt as long as it remains Recognizable as the OG design , alternate species versions and AUs are okay too!!
• You may change the Main Outfit of the design, but please do not entirely discard it original (ex: Its tweaked and/or made into an alt is fine!)
• Do Not change the race/nationality of my Humanoid designs or durastically Change the skintone - It makes me uncomfortable
• Tweaking colors of the main body is fine, but durastic changes are not preferred (Alts are fine!! | Rule above still applies)
• When obtaining a LINEART (Color it Yourself) Adopt, please do not durastically change the lineart! Tweaks are fine
• If you are unsure if a redesign/alt is appropriate / within T.o.S, PLEASE contact me!

Art Usage

• You may repost art you payed for from me as long as I am properly credited / Do not claim it as your own
• Do not redestribute my artwork for your own profit (Merchandizing) and/or convert it into NFTs.
• Do not use the art for problematic content such as: Anti-LGBTQIA+ Content, Political content, Racism, Hatespeech, Pedophilia, Zoophilia, Incest, Ablism, or Romanticized/Fetishized content of Mental illness, Disabilities, or Abuse.
• If you intend to use my artwork for something such as a videogame (sprites, splash art, etc), PLEASE inform me before hand- Or if its unplanned and a later made decision, inform me then! Just so Im not caught off guard / suspect misuse.
