Kikumi is a shy, soft and anxious introverted girl but she can be quite cheerful at times, she's a kind timid soul with a golden heart.

Kikumi lived in the prefecture of Hibachi (fictional area) with her parents (Masafumi Sakakura (her father) and Kahori Sakakura (her mother)) which is situated approximately 4 or 7 miles away from Inaba, she attended Sakurahachi High School, the female uniform is all grey with a pinch of pink and the serafuku ribbon is in a cute shade of baby pink and the school's symbol is a sakura petal. She was popular there, a lot of guys wanted her but she rejected them all, she wants a guy that can understand her, her insecurities and issues in life.

She had a part time job at Hibachi's maid cafe.

 Then, on the 14th of February 2011, her and her family moved to Inaba, she still has her maid part-time job but at Okina this time.

She then meets the man that'll change her life forever, Yosuke Hanamura, she was mesmerized by his beauty, especially his voice... She's in love with him...
