ASCENTSY is an unofficial, fan made ALTERNATE UNIVERSE.
Cristobal has been around the block-- first as an Ascended, then as a quarrier, then as a scrapper, then as a broker, then even as a Prodigal for a time. In all positions, he's found himself between people, acting as a buffer and an enforcer for the civility of the individuals around him.
He was assigned Judge of the Outpost by Ascentsy itself. The granting of such a title was a display of control, to say that he supported them and that no influence he had was anything of his own merit. He's still bitter about it, but he plays the role he was given knowing full well the benefits he gets for it.
Cristobal works as an undercover detective for the busting of illegal underground fighting rings. In cover, he's a provisioner who supplies rings with the food and medicine they need to keep their stock healthy and in fighting condition.

Cristobal will do whatever it takes to accomplish his task-- and his task is to keep as many people alive, even if it hurts them in the process.
He is level headed and difficult to catch off guard-- it's easier to try to wear him down over time, and though his anger burns slowly, it packs quite a heat. His worst mistakes are made when he's too angry to make judgements.
Cristobal is used to being able to strongarm his way through conversations, using his size and strength to get the upper hand.
