              Terms of Service (T.O.S.)

By purchasing a design from me, you—the buyer—agree to these terms and conditions. Once bought, you as the buyer may:

1) Assign a gender to the respective design. This includes if the design was originally assigned one. The character is yours now, after all, so I no longer have any control over what you do with it.

2) Change minor details about the design—markings, hairstyle, eye color, etc.—as long as you keep it recognizable from the original. You did buy it from me for a reason after all, so I would assume you wouldn’t be changing the entire design. This does not including giving an anthro character a human form, a human design an anthro form, or a feral design a human form (and vice versa! Multiple forms are fine as long as you keep the initial design in tact).

3) Use it for personal reasons. Be it for role playing, world-building, or just for the sake of wanting to have it, you may use the character for whatever you want. If you want to use the character for NSFW purposes, by all means, go ahead! The design is yours after all. However, please contact me if you wish to use it for commercial purposes, so that we may discuss those matters privately. Note that there may be extra fees charged.

4) You may resell, retrade, or gift the design as you see fit. All that I ask if that you do not sell the design for more than you bought it for, unless it comes with extra art that was commissioned. This does not include personal or gift art. 

5) Use the character across all platform as long as I am credited as the designer. You may credit my TH as PH4NTA or SPlRlT or on my IG as @phantasmbloo

Once bought, you as the buyer may NOT:

1) Use my designs for nefarious purposes. I said using them for NSFW is okay, but you may not use my designs as a means of promoting hate speech, pedophilia, and the harassment of individuals—harassment ranging from emotional, physical, psychological, or sexual. Violating such a term will result in a permanent blacklist and depending on the severity of the circumstances, further action may be taken.

2) Use the design with commercial purposes without my permission. This includes using the design in games across all platforms, using the design as a means of advertisement, creating merchandise based off of said design, and as a general rule—using the design as a means of reaping a profit.

3) Use the design without crediting me. This includes claiming the design as your own or claiming someone who had never designed it in the first place as its creator. You do not have to message me every time you use said design, but there should be a written notice claiming me as the designer.

4) Buy a suggestive design from me if the user is a minor. I will ask for ID if the design being purchased contains content displaying sexual activities. Although I do not foresee myself making such characters, I will take such action for the purpose of making sure the design is sold to an adult. I am an adult user after all, and would prefer to communicate to adults as well.

By purchasing a design from me, I—the designer—agree to these terms and conditions. Once a design is bought, I may not:

1) Revoke the design; even if it violates stated terms and conditions.

2) Claim the character as my own after it has already been purchased—although I ask to be credited as the designer.

1) Blocklist and block the user if said user violates my terms and conditions. User will be prohibited from purchasing further designs from me, although they may maintain ownership over the design purchased PRIOR to having been blocked.

2) Prohibit a user from buying a design from me if the user has been proven to be discriminatory (be it on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or place of origin). Such behavior will not be tolerated.

3) Prohibit a user from buying a design from me if they have history of design theft and exploitation.
