DESIGN TOS:

✧ If a design is originally paid for from me only with money, they may not be sold for more than the original sale value. Unless a design is bought with currency from me they may NOT be resold under any circumstances. If you would like to sell a design for more due to extra art added you MUST consult me first prior to selling.

✧ If a design is traded for they may be traded again for characters, art, species currency/items etc.

✧ If you no longer would like a free design gained from me please either give it away for free again or return it to me.

✧ You may NOT use my designs for commercial purposes (Including but not limited to merchandise, advertisment and streaming)
✧ You may NOT draw NSFW of designs created by me
✧ You may NOT delete the design from Toyhouse without express permission. If you wish to authorise/privatise a design by me I am entitled to ask for an authorisation key.

✧ You MAY redesign my designs as long as it still resembles the original design.
✧ You must ASK before you make a design of mine into a species (closed or open) or void an originally species design from me.

✧ You may NOT under any circumstances use my designs or art for AI training or mint my art or art of my designs into NFTs, I do not support these and participating in them with my designs will result in an immediate blacklist.

✧ Failure to abide by the TOS especially after warning may result in blocks/blacklisting. Thank you! ✧
