Argos Renibell

Argos is one of Blackbeard's more personal aids- after being freed from Impel Down is willingly agrees to join his crew and ends up being the top hitman/devil fruit hunter- due to his devil fruit, The Steal-Steal Fruit. While he isn't one of the Titanic Ten, Teech has Argos as his aid at times and allows Argos to go out and bring foes he needs to punish too. 

Argos is one of the Mythical Long-Ear Tribe Members, who can fully connect with the nature of the world, and even speak completely to animals and hear the voice of all things + the flow of all things. 

Argos is a Hybrid ( Human/Long Ear ), and due to their nature of never trusting Humans, The Long Ear Tribe labeled his mother, who had fallen in love with a human trader who washed up on their shore- a Heretic and later on when he was born- killed both his parents as they hid him from them. When was only 4-5, ever since that, he had to live on the streets of the secret kingdom of there's, having to steal, lie, and even fight for food. after eating the Dorobo Dorobo no Mi, he was able to finally have a bit of a better life as a thief- but when his true nature of being half-human came to life, he was also on the run from being called a heretic. So He was able to leave the kingdom and began a new life robbing anyone and everyone on the Grand Line and the new world.
