Vulture in this universe had been with the circus a long time, longer than any human should rightfully be alive, let alone doing impressive physical feats. He's sort of an ancient demon like being who feeds off of the aw amazement and energy of people, so preforming the the circus was a perfect set up because he had a constant revolving door of new people, and it was normal and expected the people leave an event a little tired. In older times he had taken larger quantities of energy from smaller amounts of people but in the circus with so many people being the audience they didn't usually notice a difference.
Post circus he is angry and more hungry, due to this he tends to allow his more natural form to show. He blames Spider for the circus closing because he keeps seieng word and show Spider still seemingly doing fine and in the public eye. He doesn't think it's fair and wants to crush him and reclaim his position of being able to feed from such large numbers again. He is also more willing for force and take energy from people in form of their fear or pain, it's not nearly as satisfying or tasty to him as their amazement but he thinks they deserve it and also blames all of everyone for letting his domain, the circus get shut down
The circus was closed due to internal and back end issues though so like there wasn't just one act or performer to blame for it.
The two drawings are one of his mostly person form, the state he preformed in the circus as when he would do his silk dancing, and the other is his more true beastly form
