Neos

A boy infused with magical energy at the embryo stage.
He can use various types of magic, mostly through tracing symbols and sigils with his glowing fingertips.

Rough description of personality:
-Quiet, kind and helpful, a good older brother, the mom friend most of the time.
-Has an insatiable curiosity and hunger for magical knowledge, and that leads to problems.
-Prefers to stay on his own studying and researching.
-Used to be quite shy because he hadn't lived in the outside world much, but he got much more sociable and less anxious.

His fave colors are earthy colors and blue.

Design details
-Dark hair with bright blue bangs that glow.
-Rounder eyes with three dots underneath each, they all glow.
-His fingertips are blue and glow as well.
-Wears coats (with lots of pockets) or cardigans, with a wizard-y feel to it.
-When outside, he always wear his blue scarf and gloves.
-Usually wears pendants on a string, which are all connected to his siblings and familiar, for divination/location purposes.

Other trivia
-His belt buckle is N-shaped and is decorated with catalyst gems for elemental spells.
-The clock-thing he has on his reference is an artefact he made for time spells.
-He likes fruit pies and blueberries. He grows his own species (Glowberries) which helps restore magic energy.
-He's supposed to be British. But I'd also really like to make him Scottish, but he'd sound so funny oh gosh. But...Scottish Neos is good.
-His Familiar is a two-legged gryphon creature, called...Carvus (might change the name). It's as big as a horse. Very fluffy.
-His hair does the Ghibli thing. FLOOF
