About William

William was a blue soul that was trapped inside a cage of Balthazar's cabin. He was able to escape the cabin with Saully by possessing the Cynatian-robot that Balthazar made.

He and Saully then created a planet together called Caellus-IV. William planted the golden seed that he had with him. The Tree of Life was born and it created many lives after. 

Some citizens of Caellus-IV planet were created base on William's memory and some based on the good omen of the golden seed.

Although the planet was a day old, the citizens of Caellus-IV already think that they've been on the planet for a long time. Because of that, Animal-folk of Caello-side and Cynetian-Robots of  Neocyntia respected William. Not because they know he created the planet but because he was Sir Mallak's brother

Sir Mallak was a politician and a hero to the Cynetians. Because of him , racism against Cynetian-Robots was ended and they were able to live anywhere freely without being judged. And because of him, Caello-side that was once a small town expanded into a big rural city. 

Because of this, William was forced to follow Mallak's footsteps to become a politian and expand Neocyntia [Underground city]
