☆ All copyright over my work, including but not limited to rights to distribute and use for commercial purposes.
☆ The right to use the artwork for advertisement purposes unless discussed beforehand.

Buyer Copyright
☆ Buyer has the right to re upload the artwork to their website(s) with proper credit.
☆ Buyer has the right to use artwork for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.
☆ Buyer does NOT have the right claim the artwork as their own, edit or set it up for redistribution.
☆ Buyer does NOT have the right to use my artworks for commercial purposes such as: prints, pins, mugs,
charms, clothing, etc.

Buyer may
☆ Trade or sell the design for the original price plus the estimated art worth.
☆ Change the sex, gender, name, species or accessories etc. of the design
☆ May make edits to the patterns or color etc. as long as it is still recognizable compared to the original
- This does not give permission to edit the artwork itself meaning alter, change, add accessories, etc


☆ If you trade / sell one of my designs, please forward the new owner my design TOS

Buyer may NOT
☆ May not turn my designs into animal, furry, human, etc versions of copyrighted characters
☆ May not claim copyright of the design or artwork
☆ May not sell the design for more money than the original sale price of the character with no add-on artworks or characters
☆ May not sell the design that was gifted to them unless it has estimated art value or characters attracted
☆ May not sell a character paid/traded with in-game currency unless it has estimated art value or characters attracted
☆ May not remove or alter any artist watermark I put on my artwork
- You must show the watermarked version to the public to avoid theft
☆ May not make or get breedables, siblings, children or very similar to my design without my prier written permission
☆ May not add your own terms to any of my designs
