Awesome! I'll do my best to explain, but i can try and clarify if needed ^^
I like the idea of a manic, sporty type of character! I can see them having very vibrant, sporty outfit (Perhaps a cropped hoodie/coat layering over a shirt or skin suit (I forget what they're called haha)? With some large shorts and big shoes uwu)
I can see them with short, fluffy hair and a big smile on their face, along with a more thinnish build! (I also think it'd be fun if they had some optional different shaped/colored glasses)

For the chibi can you possibly make a anthro version? And for the bust u can put anything cool you want, like add optional accessories or characteristics, just have fun <3 (for the anthro you can choose the species of just mix them to make a hybrid if u want to!)
