Born from the streets, raised by it. He was a common thief and he still is, stealing mostly priceless items that he keeps stored away somewhere. Cops always find him in thrift and antique stores and with every chance on trying to take him into custody, he would vanish as quickly as hes spotted. He may be a scrawny kid but, he sure knows how to get out of potential arrests.

He rolls around with a small group of other kids off the streets appropiately named Street Rats. They stick together like glue and are usually seen together. Strangely however, Basils habits have changed. He hasnt been seen walking around the streets of Becker like how hes usually spotted doing, even his stealing habits have dropped a bit. Maybe just maybe hes finally found a home.
