Gulliver grew up protective of his close knit family with a wariness of strangers and anyone trying to sell him something. The war always loomed in the back of his mind, and when he turned 18, a long series of "accidents" began, continuously breaking his legs, leaving him unable to serve. Without much to do to aid the war effort back home, he was recruited to the propaganda and advertising where he got an in depth look into the talking points for the war. As his younger brother grew older, he felt the same weight looming over him, terrified of watching dive into the pits of hell. Eventually he concocted a plan to join the military, after getting his weakened legs replaced with cybernetic prosthetics, to search for a safe place for his family to escape the war- hoping to find a desolate planet to desert to.

Gull is curious but cautious, a grumpy and cantankorous sort with a heart of gold that gets him into trouble more often than not. Always looking for connection despite how quiet and withdrawn he is, always having to remind himself he could be shot for treason at any time. .
