TOYHOUSE RULES
⚠️Failing to respect the rules will blacklist you from my species and me.

These toyhouse rules only apply for adopt designs that were sold on on my newest deviantart account (https://www.deviantart.com/hakiren) or old adopts that were turned into ashuris, they don't apply to adopts sold in older accounts.

• Do not delete toyhouse profiles created by hakiren, they are the official toyhouse profiles of these designs and are used to keep track of where my designs are transferred.
  
  
• If the design was resold/traded/gifted to another person, this profile must be transferred to their toyhouse account. If they don't have a toyhouse account then transfer this design back to hakiren, I will hold onto the profile until the new owner obtains a toyhouse account.
  
  
• This design can only be resold for the same price as it was bought, additional funds from commissions and your own art can be added to the design's value but gift art, trade art, and commissions purchased by others for you as a gift cannot be added to the value.
  
  
• [Ashuris-Only] Ashuri designs by hakiren can only be resold/traded/gifted after a 1-month cooldown, meaning you have to wait a full month (30 days) before reselling/trading/gifting them. (breaking this rule repeatedly will get you blacklisted)
  
  
• Official ashuri designs: by me cannot have AUs (alternate universes) of other closed species, only human and normal kemonomimi AUs are allowed for them.
• Off-species/GA designs: by me are allowed to have other closed species AUs.
  
  
• Ashuri design cannot be used for commercial use, off-species designs can be used commercially but a fee must be paid. (Read about the details for commercial use of off-species designs in the TOS below)
  
  
• Avoid trading/selling/gifting my designs to these blacklisted users.
