A terrible virus has wiped out nearly all animal life on Earth. Xero, a white dragon, is left believing after years of isolation in this new world that he is the last person- let alone animal left alive. One day when venturing through a rainforest he finds a leech stuck to his side. Shocked at this sight, with believing that all other creatures died, he makes the reluctant decision to let the leech live off of his blood.
