feel free to do almost whatever you want with my designs!Β

but.. you cannot use my designs for offensive purposes (racism, homophobia, etc)

I'm a bit iffy on nsfw as well due to being a minor.

you can sell/retrade my characters, under a few different conditions.

-if you got one of my designs for art/other characters, you may not sell the character unless you comissioned art of them. trading for art and ocs is fine.

-if you got one of my designs for money, you can resell at the same price. do not resell for more than you paid for unless you have commissioned art of them.

redesigning:

feel free to redesign my designs as much as you please, as long as they still look like my design in some way! do not make them unrecognizable compared to the original.

if they end up looking completely different then it's your design now, you can make your own profile for them. if you have concerns over your redesign being different from the original, please ask me (rakuneko)!

sibling/twin designs:

i'm ok with them! why would i not allow your character to have a family lol. just don't sell/trade the design unless if it ends up looking completely different.

freebies:

no freebie flipping! if you got a character designed by me, for free, please do not put them up for trade,Β unless extra art has been added.

(characters from art games do not count as free characters and can be traded without extra art.)

instead, it is recommended to let others adopt them by doing a WTA (write to adopt, where someone writes about the character to adopt them) or DTA (draw to adopt, where someone draws the character to adopt them)

you can also send them back to me!

if you got them from a freebie game, you can throw them back in, but this is not recommended at risk of the character going unused.
