An unnervingly high-spirited special agent. Seeing her is usually either your lucky day or your last.
There is something not quite human about her. She paints her face a human tone, but the rest of her is stark white, and her eyes seem to glow. Not to mention how she seems capable of freezing her enemies, turning them into brittle sculptures to blow up with the grenade launcher she always carries.
