Okay, if you're reading this it means one of two things: you're either me and I'm still working on this, or for one reason or another I've gone missing, or turned up dead or something.

And that means I failed. And that means although I'm still deciding who this will all go to when I'm gone, you're the person who I've decided was best. Sorry.

Something really important is at stake and if you're reading this, then I trusted you enough to pick up where I left off. It's awful to have to have saddled you with this, but with the world in the balance it'd be dumb to not have a back up plan. I'll try to leave everything I know and have been working on here, but if I died doing something then there'll probably be a few holes.

You probably already know this, but in case this ends up changing hands more than once, I'm Isabelle Clark Ueta. I've been the admin of a forum called "Third Eye" for a bit now after the old admin dropped off the face of the earth.

I'm a trans woman in my early 20's investigating from the United States, although I did study abroad for a bit.

God, where do I even start with this? Looking back there's so much I could mention. I guess there's only really one way to start:

So, I'm the Administrator of "Third Eye", a forum meant for discussing the paranormal and supernatural. Not huge but it has had it's own small community, and after the previous owner just up and vanished I was the one who took over.

One day I find that the site is subject to some sort of hacker, I'm not sure how or why but they managed to get in and delete a bunch of posts from various people over the past 20 years. They left some up, took some down. Thankfully I'd had most of these backed up, but the fact that someone went to the lengths to do all that is concerning. I'd like to think I take my role here seriousl, so I started to investigate.

Slowly as I looked through them, it became increasingly obvious that something was... off. I'd initialyl dismissed many of these as outlandish or strange, and perhaps thought it was the work of a random vandal while I worked to re-instate and review every deleted post, but slowly I started seeing patterns, some of them seemed a bit too real, and then I noticed something.

And that leads me to where I am now. With Maddox's plans it feels like the entire world is hanging in the balance and unfortunately I, and I guess Pyotr (though I still don't know if I can really trust him) are the ones who'll have to work to fix it.

I realize this is a lot but I'll put a more condensed dossier below of the people I know in regards to this. Maybe some extra details I forgot to mention after that.

US Naval Commander Raphael Maddox, once the subject of a widely publicized submarine disaster which he and some others managed to barely escape with their lives in 1992, is now some sort of avatar of some paranormal power. Pyotr told me that the sinking of the USS Columbia was in fact one of the first real paranormal events he observed, but it's hard to say, all he said he knows is that an unusually high amount of 'avatars' walked out of that submarine barely alive.

Based on what me and Pyotr have uncovered on our own, he seems to be planning to end the world, and we're both trying to stop this at any cost. Why the hell he even wants to do this is still unclear to me, and my research is less than helpful. All he posts about is climate change on what little social media he does have.

All things considered, he saved my life when I was in a pinch, and he's been helping me with my investigation. He appears to have been immersed in this world a lot longer than I have.

Call me ungrateful, though, but something in the way he approaches things makes me uncomfortable, and the way he talks about the 'monsters' we're investigating makes me wonder what his real aim is.

I'll be honest this is less related to the investigation and more... myself personally. He's the reason I started looking into the paranormal, to try to explain what even happened. He's connected to this somehow though, I'm sure...

I know this probably speaks to some fucked up priorities in my brain, but it's somehow almost even worse that someone who I thought was my friend turned out to be some supernatural serial killer. If you meet him, give him a solid punch in the mouth for me. And another one if he was the one to get me.
