Despite being half changeling ciadas magic is extremely weak, the most they can do is one limb at a time and only for half an hour
Because of his disability and him being a halfbreed the changelings didnt want him and the zebras and other ponies were scared of him
He still does his best to help everyone out despite their poor treatment of him

Hes an apprentice to zecora learning alchemy and how to heal other ponies like him, with disabilities or particularly weak magic
Good friends with Jade since they were small because of that - he hopes he can help them fly again some day
