Terminology Index

BTA / OTA / UFS: Bid-To-Adopt / Offer-To-Adopt / Up-For-Sale (respectively)

Adoptable: A design or character that is up for BTA/OTA/UFS. They will most likely be only a design that you will be given permission to make your own character. Typically, they do not come with commercial rights or ownership of their original artwork(s).

Design: Typically used to refer to the design / artwork itself.

USD: United States Dollars / Currency

Blacklist: A public or private list that contains the names, IDs, and warnings for those banned from interacting with a certain person(s) for typically negative reasons, such as being a scammer, pedophilia, and other egregious acts. They are reserved for more serious cases, such as the ones mentioned.

BIDDING POLICY ——— Before bidding, confirming payment, or sending payment, please make sure that you are financially stable and capable of upholding your offer.

Do not make fake or “joke” bids. There is no consequence for backing out before the timeframe closes, but know this will most likely stain your reputation to me. Repetitively backing out of bids, or having a history of doing so, will get you ignored / unable to bid on my designs. Please bid in the appropriate currency. All bids that I post are done in United States Dollars. Please only offer what I ask for. Ex. If I’m only seeking USD, do not offer anything besides USD. Unless specifically stated that a design is a BTA or is only up for USD, then I will be seeking mixed offers. Mixed Offers contain any combination of USD alone or USD paired with other offers, such as artwork, other characters, etc. If you have to edit / update a bid, please make that clear. Do not delete bids and ghost. If you need to delete a bid, or back out for any reason, please contact me to make that clear to avoid being blacklisted.

PAYMENT POLICY ——— Before payment or sending payment, please make sure that you are financially stable and capable of upholding your offer.

I can only accept payment via PayPal or CashApp. CashApp preferred. Payment plans can be worked out for payments totalling $200 or over. Do not falsely chargeback with PayPal after receiving the full-scale files and ownership of design. You will be immediately blacklisted. Once communications are done, I have received payment, and you have received the full-scale files; there will be no refunds from that point onward.

DESIGN POLICY ——— My designs do not standardly come with commercial rights. You are not allowed to use them, without proper purchase, for monetary gain. Commercial rights begin at 3x the original price.

Do not claim to be the original designer of any of my designs, nor claim any artwork that may be attached to [X] design that was not drawn by you to be your own. When crediting me as a designer or artist, please give a direct link to my Twitter or Carrd. Do not credit me via Discord or Toyhou.se unless crediting me on those respective sites / apps. My designs cannot be resold for more than what they were originally purchased for without added commissioned, traded, or personal art. Price personal art as you will; but artificially inflating resale price this way will result in a warning or blacklist depending on the severity. DO NOT USE ANY OF MY ART FOR AI, NFT, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY.

Small changes to the art, such as anything listed below: Hue / Saturation / Color Shifts Genderbending Cropping, Stretching, Rotating Adding-on / Changing small details Hairstyle changes; non-permanent design changes (clothing, apparel) -Are fine and permitted, you do not need to ask me first. If there are any drastic design changes, please let me know. If changes make the character completely unrecognizable; please make a new character. Closed Species Designs in specific can be redesigned up to 80% without needing permission. When transferring a design to a new person, please let me know who the design is going to and how so I can keep track of it.

GOODS POLICY ——— I will not personally be shipping out any physical items when transferring designs. Making your own personal prints, keychains, stands, pillows, etc, involving my designs or artwork is fine as long as: a. They will be for personal use only and will not be sold for monetary gain. b. The art is not a commission (unless, of course, you are the commissioner).

MISCELLANEOUS ——— My blacklist is currently empty, but I will not hesitate to add names to it. Acts that will get you instantly blacklisted are: Scamming, deleting bids (with no explanation upon questioning), ghosting after bidding/claiming to send payment. Wrongful PayPal chargeback. Bad history (last 1-3 years), involvement in drama, etc (will be judged case-by-case). Known doxxers, groomers, predators, heavily political/nazis/communists (etc) that interact with me. Lolicons / Shotacons ….Etc. A person may be added to the Blacklist at any time for any reason; preferably for more major ones.

I am a minor. I do not care if you draw/commission NSFW art or writing for my designs as long as said design appears and is overage, just please don’t send it to me or make it publicly accessible where any minors can access it. I do need to monitor my designs somehow however; please keep their profiles or status as public as possible. This T.o.S. may be updated at any time. Thank you for reading it!
