DESIGN TOS

• characters you got for free / via trade cannot be sold unless extra art is added. free / gift art does not add to the value.

• personal art adds value *but* it must be more than a quick uncolored sketch

• please do not delete / private my designs, or at least let me know first because i do like to check on them !

• redesigning is okay, please just keep my credit for the original design / dont claim its your design. PLEASE reach out to me and have me approve the redesign so i can keep track.

• *but* when redesigning dont make it.. completely unrecognizable from the original 😭 at that point just make a new character man

• dont lighten the skin tone ??? i cant believe i have to say that wuh

• co owns are chill idc, just lmk if making a second profile so i can accept credit!

• setting up tradebacks is okay, idm.

• payment is done through cashapp or paypal. vouchers are okay but please make sure myself and the other party are aware.

• backing out of bids will result in a block and blacklist.

• ghosting me when ive accepted your bid is an instant blacklist without warning

• i do not refund adopts.

• if you are blacklisted you are not to own any of my designs. if you try to get others to get my designs for you they will be blacklisted as well.

• just be a decent person dont claim my art / design is yours, no zoo stuff, no proship stuff, etc

COMMISSION/ART TOS

• payment can be sent any time between me accepting the commission and when i send you the sketch

• a sketch will be sent with a large watermark laid overtop of it if no payment has been collected. at this point i will not finish the piece until payment is received

• feel free to check in any time ! i try to get commissions done within a week however i do tend to get busy but will communicate that with you.

• i dont do refunds unless i havent started yet.

• you may not under any circumstance claim that my art / customs are worth more than the amount you paid for it, especially when selling characters.

• if i did art for you in return for a character, that art has a $0 value and may not be added to any character worth.

• you may not use my art for commercial purposes without asking me first.
