Vorugoth is a merchant who specialises in working with and for other Gargoyles. She practices the repair of cracks and breakages in gargoyles (similar to Kintsugi) with meltable elements like gold and silver in return for payment, offering a cheaper price if the gargoyle can provide the material for her to work with. Vorugoth will turn gargoyles away if she cannot profit from them. She will also trade for any items she requires, or if the customer can do something for her. Providing her a gargoyle eye will earn you personal favours.

Vorugoth has a large collection of pet rats who occupy her shop and will often bring her trash and trinkets that she can use in her witch practices by infusing items with her own 'magic', or as ingredients in her spells to sell to her consumers.
