Backstory: 

Tv meteorologist by day, mad scientist creating storms by night. What could possibly go wrong?

Gale grew up with a reputation for being the “town nerd” because of his passion for weather. But, when he got a job as a meteorologist and started covering storms on tv, people started to see him as cool. Fueled on by this, he started creating devices to manipulate the weather to give him more storms to cover. Everyone at the station and in town is completely oblivious to this, except for one of his coworker’s daughter who figures it out almost immediately.

Personality: 

Gale has a bit of an ego and thinks he’s far more clever than he is- mainly because everyone he knows is kind of an idiot and never picks up on his very obvious clues. He doesn’t think he’s evil and doesn’t necessarily have strictly bad intentions, more just sees himself as having a bit of fun and ensuing he gets the credit he deserves. He’s more of a doctor-doofenshmirtz-level villain and doesn’t intend to do much harm (although sometimes does end up doing so with his stronger storms)

Relationships: 

• Kiana Raine- His coworker’s daughter, and the only one who’s ever caught on to his evil science schemes. It’s more of a silly rivalry than seeing her as an actual enemy.
• Peter- His oblivious coworker who never notices anything he does
