(Is it okay to keep the name?)

I'd love to use Talyn as Widill's adoptive mother! She would be a wise and kind trans woman who takes Widill in when they're at their lowest point. She sort of gives them the will to go on, and gives them sage advice when they have to make difficult decisions.

Talyn is hiding a painful past, but she's made her peace with it. She always seems to have an undercurrent of sorrow beneath her caring ways. Looking after Widill helps soothe her loneliness and indirectly lead her to reconnecting with the love of her life. (I don't know who that is yet.)
