Why hello there~ TYSM for taking an interest in one of my designs, you're so cool for that <3

By Accepting Ownership of Any of My Designs, You Agree to The Following T.O.S Rules Listed Below . . .

1. You MUST add at least 1 piece of art before retrading or reselling any design of mine.

2. If you got a design of mine for free, you MUST keep the design for 1 month and add 2 pieces of art before selling or trading

3. Please credit me if you post the design

4. ALWAYS authorize me if you want to keep a design of mine on authorized only

5. Do NOT under any circumstance delete or sell/trade/gift any design of mine off of toyhouse

6. If using for commercial use.. you MUST notify me, tell me what you'll be doing and credit me in a way that I AGREE WITH

7. Do NOT add on a T.O.S and/or personal rule to any of my designs WITHOUT getting permission from me!! (i have the RIGHT to deny permissions, if i find it unfit and/or unreasonable)

8. Do NOT use my designs for AI, in ANY capacity or way

9. Whatever else you do, idc you own the design! so have fun and enjoy them :)

( Extra ) 10. In an emergency situation that affects your well-being or the well-being of someome close to you (health issues, housing issues, food issues, etc) you may override rule 1 & 2 and sell the design at any time IF THE MONEY WILL BE/IS BEING USED TO REMEDY THE SITUATION

( Extra ) 11. I use MY ART / MY DESIGN'S in examples, art dumps, etc... i NEVER claim ownership over the designs and give credit to the current owner!! but if you'd like me not to you MUST tell me otherwise i'll assume you're okay with it <3

( Extra ) 12. If a character of mine had a storyline that I made, you're allowed to delete it/not use it- the character is literally yours >.>
