Tipsy

Personality: Tipsy is a generally friendly person. Well, at least, when she's sober. She's drunk most of the time, and when she's drunk, she gets quite rowdy. She might smash things, scream at the top of her lungs, and violate other people's senses just for a good laugh. It's disgusting. However, when she's sober, she's a calm, funny, and down to earth friend who likes to write and make friends.

Extra: When she drinks the liquid can be seen in her glass (however, for some reason, it's not like this with food), she can be filled with drinks whenever from the mere top of her head.
