Stream is a grumpy dragon that works as a merchant and is a resident in Larkstone
He was in an abusive family and it did a number on his trust and mental well being. After one particularly eventful night, when he ends up killing his mother, he left the Ice kingdom to start a new life. He ended up in the PPW and was treated for his trauma there. When it got shut down, he built a new life in Larkstone.

- He has PTSD. Anything that reminds him of the arctic or his family will make him extrememly anxious and defensive, often lashing out
Relationships
- His best friend Adriatic was his former roommate back at PPW. The two first were pretty hostile to each other, not trusting the other. But after awhile, the two warmed up to each other and trusted each other. After PPW closed, the two kept close contact and hang out at a little treehouse the made pretty often. (Adriatic is owned by Sleepy-Dragon)
- Oh his parents? Screw them, they traumatised him and made him scared and ashamed to be an Icewing.
