Phoebe is a poutine slime who works at a bar in Surrealia's Technosphere alongside her other slime co-worker Vivianus. Obviously, she makes her specialty dish, poutine, to customers who dare want to eat this magnificent dish.
While she may look kind when she delivers food and drinks, in reality, her temper is pretty short. When angered, she does not hold back and peppers her rants with loads of profanity in a very heavy Quebec French accent (joual). Phoebe often does that even for the slimmest mishaps like having too much salt on one side of the meal she's making.
