Cosmos is a dragonpony descended from the legendary Celestial Dragons, whose origins are said to come from "beyond the stars." As a very distant descendant, he doesn't possess any of their unique powers, but he does resemble them quite a bit, and his ancestry is obvious in his unusual horn shape, patterned scales, and star-shaped eyes. Other dragons treat him with a sense of reverence, as he's considered in dragon culture to be somewhat of a demigod. He doesn't really feel much like one, though, and just wishes he could be treated normally.
