Chuck

Chuckles the clown aka chuck is a laid back guy who doesn't Care what others think of him. He spends his time in the city luring people into alleyways to entrain them (eat them) he smells heavily of cotton candy to make people feel calmer when around him until its too late. He likes to stay around his girlfriend jinggles trying to make her happy. He hates to see her sad but no matter what he does she seems to be sad anyways.
