Lulu

Um, okay- I don't think we should but okay...

Lulu is the emotional center of the group of Pokemon that go to Havenner Town Primary. She is one of the handful of Pokemon that regularly go to Miss Ruta for a hug or a snuggle, since she's a very ooey-gooey kind of Pokemon. She wears her heart on her sleeve, but her emotional state does tend to cause her various amounts of anxiety. She is a follower and tries to speak up for what she believes, but tends to shut down if she's not being heard. Thankfully, especially if this happens with Chitchat, her childhood friend will ask her what's going on and give her the space to speak up for herself and establish her boundaries. He may be extroverted and mischievous but he isn't disrespectful, and she appreciates that.

Lulu is a close friend of Chitchat's and admires Lyn very deeply due to how she seems to excel in whatever she puts her mind to. Chitchat and Lulu have been friends since they were first hatched, with Chitchat initiating the conversation and Lulu just excitedly listening to him. When they started school, they wanted to be friends with Lyn because they thought she was interesting, but Lulu was too nervous to speak to her despite the Pichu's own quiet demeanor. Chitchat, being the one who wanted to make more friends and cause a ruckus, opted to take the lead on it. So he talked to Lyn and the rest is history.
