Soulmates would be an understatement of the relationship shared between Asa and Steele. In many ways, they seem to be an equal match; ruthless in even measures, each with their own penchant for chaos and destruction. It would seem that the two understand each other more than they understand themselves, the passion and affection between them unkillable even after years apart. This is not, however, to say that their love is a perfect one.

The two lovers are capable of hurting each other like no one else, and a number of fears and misunderstandings between them led to a long bout of hostility forming between the two. Yet, reunited on the Strip, the two have rekindled the relationship they both depend on. The love, it seems, never died, nor the loyalty between them. In fact, Asa and Steele seem stronger than ever now, in spite of their time spent apart.
