Profile
Maxi Devlett is one hell of a person.
Always getting into shenanigans, surviving threats in the stupidest ways, and coming back to the camp that they hated as much as the next kid every year, to eventually find a job at it? That's all kinds of fucked up. They enjoy it, though.
Call them a verse-jumper because they've been everywhere (all at once)
It used to be an oc for Camp Camp, then became a self-insert, then just became a sona for anything I wanted to use it with
Despite being devillish, she doesn't have an evil version of herself. She's just fucking insane sometimes
The name Maxi came from Max, my favorite character from Camp Camp
Sometimes they'll speak in third person unprompted

Maxi's been to a lot of places, been with a lot of people, and has just as many versions of himself as Evelyn Quan Wang. They could be anywhere, and you could miss them completely. There are some more notable places that she's been to, though.
camp campbellMaxi doesn't like their family. After learning about summer camps, Maxi begged and pleaded to be taken to one, just to get away from their overbearing parenting. They agreed and found an art camp for him to stay at, since he was an artist and all.
That camp turned out to be none other than Camp Campbell, a singular camp that falsely advertised itself as many others, such as magic camp, space camp, and even science camp. There was someone else also going there for art camp, but Maxi wanted absolutely nothing to do with him. Well, if she could just sit somewhere undisturbed and draw in her sketchbook, things should be fine.
Well . . . a lot more than just sketching happened while they were at that camp. Endless adventures that probably should've had them end up dead, whether it was encountering a cultist who a lot at the camp had already seemed familiar with, being reimagined as high schoolers, college students, even superheros and villains, or just spending time with people that they've grown to love. Maxi wouldn't trade any of those experiences for the world, especially the superhero one. They were a villain.
the asylumA completely different version of Maxi, they were trapped with other unfortunate characters in an asylum. The asylum, however, admitted those who did not even need to be there. It made them furious. Maxi started a lot of fights in that place, bit many of their roommates, but most of the time, they stayed in a corner and drew. They were scared. They were scared of this place, scared of others, and especially scared of the warden.
They remember overhearing plans to escape from others. They never spoke to anyone, only communicated in drawings and written words, but they wanted to get out as much as the next person. Despite being aggressive, they were also socially anxious, so it would've taken much courage to approach the masterminds behind the plan.
Their status is currently unknown in regards to that awful place.
poetryMaxi is also a poet from time to time. He's written some powerful pieces, most regarding his feelings towards life in the moment that he wrote them. He likes to share them with others, if he thinks they're up for reading them. His words in his poetry can be harsh, but it's just the truth.
They like her more than they like their father.
She's a bit more tolerant and understanding towards Maxi than their dad is. Whenever their dad is upset with them, Brielle sometimes tries to reason with him and calm him down, and even disagrees with him sometimes.
Despite being the calmer of the two parents, she still does a lot of things that Maxi doesn't like, such as assuming the worst out of them for absolutely no reason.
Vince is terrifying, both for good and for bad.
Vince, to Maxi, is incredibly strict and old-school. He does not like a lot of the new changes of the world, including gender identity and sexuality. Maxi has to hide their true identity from him. Despite being born with both sets of genitals, he insisted that they be raised as a female.
Their dad wasn't all bad, though. As a child, he would say yes to things more often than their mother would, which is the one thing they liked more about him.
Maxi doesn't know how they were able to befriend the toughest kid at Camp Campbell.
They absolutely were enemies at first. Max likes to think he runs the camp, while Maxi had enough of doing what they were told. They especially wouldn't take orders from someone younger than them. They both got in lots of fights with each other.
But eventually, they were chill with each other, kept talking, and eventually became besties.
