Laurent

Laurent is a purple-skinned tiefling with red-purple messy hair, a goatee, yellow eyes and a fancy, red tunic with golden accents and sash, including leggings and thigh-high boots. He has a few scars on his arms, including a very visible scar on his left wrist. Laurent wears a little bit of gold eyeshadow alongside winged eyeliner. Makeup definitely runs whenever he cries.

Strengths: Kind, easy to talk to, loves social interaction, usually a happy person, seems gullible but can see through people's deceptions
Weaknesses: Over-emotional, tries to please everyone, a coward, has a wine addiction, major mood swings, talks about himself too much, untalented in most things
Fears: Not being able to please everyone, being a failure, his parents, abuse, assassination, being hated, being yelled at

Personality: Laurent is very sociable and kind, and often likes to chat with people to please them and get to know them. He loves to see people happy, but will get very upset if he thinks he had hurt or displeased someone.

Backstory: Laurent is the leader of one of the cities of Agarel. After his parents suddenly left their positions before him, and was forced to become leader in their place, despite his parents never properly guiding him on how to truly work into the role. He is clueless about his own place in leadership, yet tries his best to be the finest leader he can be, planned or not. He often holds parties and events to keep his people happy, and struggles to keep himself sober due to all the stress that had suddenly been piled upon him, finding it a suitable substitute to the weight of everything thrown upon him. Laurent is very sociable, and often likes to chat with the other leaders to see if he can get inspiration and advice to become a better leader for the sake of his own people. He looks up to the leader of the Elves (Ithelan) the most, as Ithelan has taken him in to teach him how to become a better leader. Laurent is rarely seen without a wine glass in hand, no matter the occasion.
