Grrrgh... Jet the Hawk here, Legendary Wind Master, Leader of the Babylon Rogues, and current holder to the Key to Babylon Garden, an ancient keystone that was bestowed to me by my Father which has been passed down through our family for generations. I'm currently logging this entry to my personal journal since I don't even wanna think about what Wave'll say about this once I break the news to her...

What happened was that this Extreme Gear Riders Team I have been sponsoring publicly to keep the heat off our feathers actually managed to find Babylon Garden without me telling them anything about it. 'Suppose I may have talked about it once or twice, but after the whole fiasco during the EX World Grand Prix, which I will add that wasn't entirely my fault thanks to that Egghead's interference!... I decided to be responsible and try to move Babylon Garden somewhere safe where nobody else'll have the bright idea of stealing from... respectfully speaking, our ancestral home... Hmph, still sounds weird when I think about it...

A-anyways! Long story short, that Team I was sponsoring managed to find Babylon Garden when their Captain, Arin the Hedgehog, went by herself without the other two members knowing anything about it. I boarded my Extreme Gear as fast as I could when I got alerted by the security systems I put there in case of anythin'! I got there just in the nick of time because she was standing in front of the giant gate that took me and Sonic into the mysterious chamber inside Babylon Garden that seemingly had Heaven and Hell inside it until we broke through its illusions. I asked her why she decided to do something this stupid and dangerous without me authorizing it firsthand (not that I would've in this case), but she gave me a tired and exhausted look before pushing me aside and making me drop the Key. She grabbed it and opened the gate.. and went right in without darting another look! Before I could chase after her, her teammates must've tailed behind their Captain's escapade because the Tommish Blue Cat and that Sisterly Bobcat went straight ahead into what I like to call, the Digital Dimension.

Luckily for me, Arin dropped the key on the ground after opening them gates so I was able to eventually break through the barrier between us. What I didn't know was that during them trying to survive the seemingly endless illusion track, they managed to... Grrrgh, I still can't believe what I'm about to say... They managed to wake up two Guardians of Babylon which started chasing them down, two real flesh and blood Guardians! The Team was on their last wind before I managed to get through to them, but not before me accidentally slip the detail that the Guardians don't even know that they are protecting ruins of the world they once knew... Don't even ask me how they understood it, but the Guardians then broke through the guise of their illusions... and chased them down with a renewed vigor, one seemingly filled with a painful loss and anguish. In a desperate attempt, I opened the gate for the Team to escape before it was too late for them. Before I was able to close it though, the two Guardians crashed through the gate. In a daze, they looked around their surroundings, at me and at the Team, before they both flew out and up into the horizon. I can only imagine what they both felt when they realized that everything they once knew and held dear to them... was all gone and into the wind itself.

Sigh... They both flew back to where we were, both distraught and everything. I just hope Wave and Storm don't freak out when they see two new people on board our ship in the morning. They need all the time they can get to... adjust. Hrmph... Jet the Hawk out.
