Tamamo (or Tama by Frank)
Arms dealer who is by no means as big of a name as Carmilla Carmine, but still prides herself on quality.
Known for her signature grin, she always carries a smile - though if for some reason she isn't wearing one.. We have problems.

Tama is a sinner who died in the early 1920's.
Doesn't talk about her past often, though she isn't afraid to get her hands dirty.
