A dog with a strange amount of magical power gifted by a falling star, she can turn herself human and since them enters the world of live streaming and drawing, she fights crime on the side as a part time magical girl!

One starry night a lone dog was roaming the woods.
She stared at the night sky and she wondered, what it would be like to human, and fight crime, like a magical girl.
the dog found an old VHS on her travels, a local old man played it on the TV.
the dog remember seeing a brave girl on the TV by the name of Sailor Moon, sadly tho the VHS was damaged and she couldn't watch more of the show, but she remembered the joy she made her felt.

"I'd give anything to be like that!" she smiles and continues gazing up into the night sky.

Suddenly, a shooting star shot across the sky. She looked in awe at it but star suddenly began to get closer and closer. It appeared to be falling towards the woods.
Afraid squiggles ran for cover near inside a log and there she covered her head with her paws.
She was waiting for a loud impact but there was nothing...
She gave a curious whimper and stepped out of the log.
"Nothing happened?"
But shortly after there was a glow coming from the trees. She ran towards it and eventually found the star, hovering above the ground, and glowing many colours like a rainbow.
Out of sheer curiosity she booped the star with her nose and there was suddenly a bright flash of light.
It felt like time stood still but she also felt her body changing.
"W-w-wait! What's going on!?"
The star gave her a new body and clothes. The star acquired a new dog bone shape and attached itself to her new collar.
After the bright flash squiggles opened her eyes. She could see the world differently, new colours, new shapes, new perspective.
She looked around and then she saw her hands.
"Whoag whaaaa are zeeeees?"
She suddenly also noticed her speech wasn't limited to barks and with her new hands she felt around her new strange body.
"I-I  c-c-can talkkkkkk"
"I can talk!"
"Woah are these my arms?"
"Woah! I HAVE LONG LEGS?"
She tried standing up but she started to wobble and once she got fully up she fell down due to her lack of balance in this body.
Once she fell she noticed her tail cover her fall.
"W-well atleassst I sti-ill have my prettyy t-tail"
She hugged her fluffy tail and it comforted her during such a confusing time.
