Funni Cats

funni cats are weird shapeshifting creatures that appear as catlike blobs by default. they start off unable to transform and without mouths, instead absorbing the life energy (souls) of other creatures. the 2 types are light types and void types, with light types reflecting all light around it and even glowing in the dark, and void types absorbing all light around it, appearing pitch black regardless of the amount of light surrounding it. they slowly gain the ability to transform into whatever form they would like, presumably originating as a sort of hunting method. adults do not require a diet of souls, as they can transform to give themselves a fully functioning mouth and digestive system.

Funni cats appear to originate from outer space, but its unknown exactly where. they are seemingly able to survive the vacuum of space.
