- If you don't read these or violate any of them, that's on you. I have the right to take actions according to the severity of your violation. These actions can be:
Adopts
- Resell for higher price than you bought them for (tips get included), unless additional art or literature (+1000 words) is attached. None can be AI generated
- Claim my original adopt's artwork as yours
- In OTA, if you're paying me art, you have max 6 weeks to deliver me your commission. If you're making me multiple artworks and show me your progress from time to time, this rule no longer applies
- Credit me in their wikis/profiles
- Species adopts fall under Species TOS
- When unlisting my design, you have to provide me with an access key
- If you wish to permanently delete an adopted oc, please consider sending them to me instead
- Change their design
- Change their description and fandom
- Use them commercially
Customs

- When unlisting my design, you have to provide me with an access key
- If you wish to permanently delete a custom oc, please consider sending them to me instead
- Change their design AFTER notifying me
- Change their description and fandom
- Use them commercially
Art
- Claim my original artwork as yours
- Erase my signature or watermark
- Use it commercially
- Get a refund once at least 50% of my artwork has been finished
- Pay after the final polished sketch
- I have the right to decline your order for any reason given
- Describe me your ideas as much as you can. I cannot work with vague requests
- Slightly alter it's lighting and minor details
Species (+ ocs)
- If I do not own the fanmade species my design is part of, you have to read the creator's TOS or ask them your questions too! My TOS do not overwrite theirs
- Claim the species idea as yours
- Create any sub-species without permission
- Claim my designs as yours
- Resell for higher price than you bought them for (tips get included), unless additional art or literature (+1000 words) is attached. None can be AI generated
- When drastically changing the oc's design and/or fandom, inform me as well as keep their original version as a separate oc or a profile tab (especially if they're linked)
- Credit me as the species' creator in their wikis/profiles
- When unlisting my design, you have to provide me with an access key
- If you wish to permanently delete a species oc, please consider sending them to me instead
- Make ocs, adopts, raffles, and customs
- Link ocs to their species wikis
- Change lore, typical physical traits, and abilities to what fits your stories
Blacklist
If you interact with any of these people, fear not. In most cases, I won't care. If they try to buy or commission you with my content, it's up to you to decide how moral it is to proceed. I'll only step in if it breaks my commercial usage, it's a harassment, or you actively encourage their bad behavior
