Ownership will only be effective after payment.
No refunds allowed.
- In the case a partial payment was made but you are no longer interested in the design, I'd be happy to refund you.
- I can only refund what you have paid. E.g., if art is your payment, I can draw something of equal size for you, but I cannot refund it with a real currency.

Check-ins at 1-, 3-, and 6-month marks. If I receive no response after 2 weeks of the final check-in, the design will no longer be pending for you.
You can take longer than 6 months, but I will need an explicit statement that you are still interested in the design.
- If there is zero communication, the design can be held for up to 6 months before the pending status is canceled.
Maximum hold is 24 months. After the deadline, the design will no longer be pending for you.

Modifications of character's name, age, gender, background, etc. OK.
Modifications of character's design OK, but do not edit my art directly. You can ask me to make modifications, or ask for permission to modify it yourself.
- For direct edits, you can also ask yumekumo instead of me.
Please credit me for the original design.
Do not delete the original artwork. You can hide the artwork if needed.
