Spoon's Ownership

_{- if you got the character via trade, raffle, gift or with art, they have a base value of $20 but please add at least a piece of  art/literature before selling it for either real or virtual money.}

_{- characters bought with virtual money can be sold for real money - all characters bought directly from me will have usd values in their transfer history when bought with either real or virtual money so it is easier for conversions.}

_{- once you buy the character, unless you ask for a refund, you have all the rights over the character, including commercial usage of the design - NOT over the art by me that they came with.}

_{- you can increase the design value adding art - either with art by you or commissioning someone.}

_{- putting the character on auth only/priv is 100% ok, i don't mind.}

_{- i don't mind if you delete the profile but i will not accept new requests for credits.}

_{- transferring the design to a closed species is ok, just don't CREATE a closed species from my designs.}
