• If you get a designs for free you may not sell it for money. You can trade ir for art or other ocs.
• "Vouchers" also count as money.
• You are free to redesign the oc how ever you wish

You may not delete designs off toyhouse. I need to be notified first if you are going to do so. 

If you are going to use a design as an update to a design you already have you need to let me know first and give me designer credit. 

• Any designs that aren't given the "can be resold" option in ownership can not be resold for money. 
• Designs don't have commercial use unless stated so or if give permission
