Awaking on an unfamiliar ship in even more unfamiliar lands, Hera had much more than the tadpole in her head to worry about. Although her situation felt much like a corny portal fantasy novel she would've read in her childhood, she attempted to make light on the sitaution by seeing it as an opportunity to gain inspiration for songs. Ultimately some good did come out of things, in the form of meeting Gale. Yet day by day, as the looming threat of ceremorphis and the Absolute grew, so did Hera's anxieties about never returning home.

At first, she tried to pretend she was just another helpless resident of Baldurs Gate, all while having no idea what was going on or where that even was. She probably could've kept up the charade- she was an actor, after all, if her anxiety hadn't gotten the better of her. And if she was being honest, she was quite tired of having to pretend she knew about Shar or Mystra or whatever goddess of the week there was. Finally she spilled the truth to the party on their final night before delving into the Shadow-Cursed lands, much to their mixed reactions. Though, that would probably explain her blatent disregard to things that were more shocking to those who had lived in Faerûn all their lives, among many other small quirks they had passed off as just being apart of her odd personality. At least now she would get much needed explainations, but there was still no answers as to how she got to Faerûn, or if she would ever step foot on Tamriel again.
