Charlie came on Earth from a distant planet Evergreen, similar to our planet. he is a fun-loving alien who is ready to make others laugh no matter what, that's what prompted him to become a clown at Extraterrestrial Wonder Circus. as part of his space powers, he changes both skin and hair colors depending on his mood

Personality
Charlie is very cheery and outgoing person, he enjoys making jokes and sometimes pranks, he is a little ray of sunshine in the circus. although he can sometimes become moody upon failing, but with a little reassurance from his friends he's ready to keep going forward. he is deeply in love with Artemon thinking he's the coolest person in the entire universe
