Leati is a laid back, relaxed person who is very hard to anger, although firm and a rule follower. He can be very determined and stubborn, although typically considered kind and considerate of others. He is incredibly bold and brave, refusing to step down. However he has high expectations off of others.

The lost former prince of the Dracmere Kingdom. His family was killed in a war against the Exian Empire over two centuries ago, and Leati forced to flee as a young child. He was adopted by the Light Lady of the Dragons, and raised as a Dragon Knight. After scandalously falling in love with an enemy Dark Dragon he left the Light Lady's realm and gave up his immortality. He joined the Guild of Running Winds, recruited by Keene; and at the death of Khun and Jessie, Leati wiped their daughter Shyanne's memory and adopted her, settling in the Enzo Kingdom.
