Adrastus, son of Kallias, is a dedicated kithara player for the Temple of Apollo Patroos in the late 300s to very early 200s BC. He is the firstborn son of Kallias and Korythia and is very close to his younger sister Aegle. He doesn’t feel very connected to his father but he loves to spend time with his mother. He is partners with Hyllos, who plays the Aulos, and together they play on the steps of the temple and for festivals dedicated to Apollo.
Later on in life, Adrastus comes back to live with his parents while his little brother Antaeus is away in the military. He is then arranged for a marriage to a girl named Kylmene and lives with her for awhile when Antaeus comes back. Adrastus then lives out the rest of his life playing for Apollo….
